Taking risk is okay. Failure is okay. If your not pushing you’re limits, you’re not growing quite as much as you could.

Design is not what is looks like, Design is how it works!

Profile

As a qualified Shopfitter & Details Joiner for the past 20 years, I have worked in both medium sized teams and independently as an individual. I have always seen myself as a problem solver, from general manufacturing issues right through to factory automation. I have always been a hands on learner, improving processes with trial and error to achieve a better, faster product.

Outside of the work place I’m interested in much the same technologies. 3D printing, Laser Cutting, CNC Machines, Automation Technology, Electronics & Electronic coding. I see this as a huge benefit as the industry automation and production can be supplemented with entry grade equipment for proof of concept and simple operations. This background knowledge also helps with trouble shooting and maintenance of equipment in the work place.
